The destinies of four young people, a district and a decade embark us on a journey that goes back and forth between two eras: 2007 and 2017, from dictatorship to democracy. These young people candidly share their dreams, make us discover their neighborhood, and share the way their keen eyes allow them to see the country. Through music, the film becomes the voice of a generation.
