A modest office overlooking the Boulevard de Sébastopol, Paris. The actor Yann Boudaud is facing his director, Claude Régy. Last rehearsal of the play Dream and Madness, a poem by Georg Trakl (1887-1914). The actor takes us to the heart of Trakl’s dazzling poetry. Mental images open the mind. Dusky superimpositions embedded like the recollection of a forgotten dream. The point of convergence of these combined forces – a poem, a director, an actor, a filmmaker. Trakl Sébastopol explodes like a precipitate of the human soul.
