Off-site screenings

Villages / Families / Partner cinema

The screenings in towns and villages around Lussas are now eagerly awaited events. They allow local audiences to enjoy some of the films that can be discovered in the cinemas of Lussas in the shade of trees, in the early hours of the night. Always accompanied by the directors of the films, these screenings organised by Françoise Janin extend the relationship between the Ardèche audience and the festival, in an atmosphere conducive to discussions. Once again this year, six evenings are planned throughout the week, outdoors (weather permitting) in the villages of Saint-Laurent-sous-Coiron, Darbres, Eyriac, Saint-Andéol-de-Vals and Villeneuve-de-Berg, but also in the theatres of our loyal partner cinema, Le Navire in Aubenas.
Screenings offering an even more intimate atmosphere are also organized in the homes of inhabitants of Lussas and nearby villages. Accompanied by Laura Monnier, these evenings allow participating hosts to invite families and friends to exchange with directors about their films for an evening. A form of “home cinema” that emphasizes a much-appreciated closeness between spectators and directors.
