Behind the doors of a CADA (Centre for asylum seekers), this is the chronicle of a migrating humanity. The daily life of about fifty residents of multiple nationalities takes place in a small 4 storey building in Paris, while they wait for an answer from the OFPRA (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and the Stateless) who will decide – or not – to grant them the status of political refugee.
