Following severe floods, a crew of several filmmakers leave for Transylvania to shoot a feature film on the flooding. The film became a classic of Romanian documentary. The censors found the film too human and too aesthetic; the directors were encouraged to add a reel, the first, on more positive aspects such as the reconstruction of building blocks dedicated to Nicolae Ceauşescu. Several filmmakers who participated in the film emigrated from the country a short time later.
