The house remains, vestige of an unfinished labour. He worked on it for twenty years before suddenly dying. The woman who used to be his partner is moving in after him. Paralysed by an accident, she inhabits the place with her daughter, without whom she could not live. In the solitude of isolation and age, memories come to the surface little by little. Mother and daughter recompose time and space.
