Jørgen Vestergaard
1982 - Danemark - Couleur - 40'
Since the nineteen fifties, Denmark has considerably changed: from an agricultural country, it has become industrialised. Agriculture is intensive and the population works in ever greater numbers in the services. Cities are growing and the car, a national treasure, is king - with dramatic consequences on the environment. Jørgen Vestergaard draws a filmed portrait of these transformations.
