Inhabited tells about my encounter with four persons living between reason and unreason. Though considered as “mad”, each of them has a “home” in a city, Marseille. In between stays in psychiatric hospital, they try to launch into the outer world. Flights, halts, backslides, attempts… They endeavour to inhabit the world, to be present, when they, themselves are “inhabited”, estranged, haunted. The film follows the strange choreography of their bodies in the city, offering them a space where to stage their madness.
