Letters from Panduranga evokes the fate of the Cham ethnic minority, whose territory is threatened by the construction of two nuclear power stations. In the role of an ethnologist, the filmmaker and artist Nguyen Tring Thi explores the issues underlying the transmission of words and history as well as the new forms of colonialism.
