From time to time, when his small factory expands, young worker Izmet Kosica goes to villages in the mountains to recruit new female workers. This is not an easy mission, as the parents have to be convinced as well. Then another job awaits Izmet: the young women have to be prepared for life outside their remote mountain villages.
