This film relates the end of the Civil War and especially the exodus of Republicans to France, their internment and ill treatment at the concentration camps, particularly the one in Argelès-sur-Mer where the shooting took place clandestinely. The film was prohibited in France as it was highly critical of the government. Only a few fragments remain of the French version. We will be projecting the American version.
