From the Sahel to the Pacific Ocean, from the Yang Tse to the Euphrates, major agro-chemical firms are implanted. This series of 4 films looks at bio-chemical production from an ecological point of view.
Competition is fierce among major agro-chemical firms, all battling to be first to copyright tomorrow's pharmaceutical products, or to impose their laboratory-tested seeds on agri-business.
But they aren't always able to break into the markets of certain countries, rich in "biodiversity", yet underdeveloped.
