Eredità is the story of two neighbours who accompany each other through difficult times in their lives. The director imagines that the ghost of the former owner has remained in his flat. Muguette, his neighbour, accumulates a jumble of objects from the street. Under the test of illness and death, each of them reveals traces of their family heritage. Memory doesn't fade, it just gets stuck somewhere...
