1974 - Colombie - Couleur et Noir & Blanc - 97'

Camilo Torres was a Catholic priest belonging to the Colombian bourgeoisie who died in 1966 during a guerrilla confrontation with the army. After Che Guevara, Camilo was the most notorious symbol of revolution in Latin America and the first great figure of modern times to assume armed struggle as a Christian. He became the symbol of the left-wing armed groups in Colombia after he decided to join the National Liberation Army (ELN) in the sixties, with a slogan that had been unheard of until then: the unity of Christians and revolutionaries to achieve a fully human society. In this polyphonic film, Camilo complex story is told by the people who knew him best. F.R.
